We take pride in the quality, fit and feel of our goods and we want you to be pleased with your purchase

If for any reason you are not happy, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt. As long as the goods are unused and in their original condition, we will be happy to exchange your goods and send out replacement items or refund the purchase price

Please note that parcels being returned to us are your responsibility. No refund will be processed until we receive the goods and as such we encourage you to use a registered postal service and that you keep a certificate of postage

We will be disappointed if you have received a faulty item and happy to refund the postage costs, but please notify us of the fault within 14 days of receipt of goods

Important to note that refunds can only be made to the original credit card used to make the purchase. An item received as a gift can only be returned for an exchange or gift vouchers

HOW TO RETURN SOMETHING

  1. Please complete the return/exchange form included with your original purchase
  2. We recommend you use the original postage box to return goods
  3. Simply return your product, along with the form to the following address:

  4. Once we receive your parcel, please allow 5 working days to process your refund
  5. When we have processed your parcel, we will send you a confirmation email, so please remember to include your email address on the returns form
